The Future of Dogs was written by Walt Hutchens and printed as a booklet in December, 2006. It is reproduced here, adapted for reading on the site and printing as an HTML document. You are welcome to use it in any way it might help you in the fight to maintain our right to own animals. All we ask is that it be properly accredited to Walt Hutchens, Timbreblue Whippets, Virginia, and that you do not change any of the content.

The Future of Dogs is broken down into five sections, and there is a separate, additional section which describes our own breeding program, using it as a case study of the development and philosophy of one small-scale in-home breeder.
